Sales Management
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor lead management and conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Handle escalated customer cases and complex bookings.
Operations & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and performance records.
- Track KPIs and provide performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with operations and support departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate information is provided regarding travel packages, flights, and related services.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Travel Sales.
- Strong knowledge of travel sales processes and customer handling.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international travel sales.
- Knowledge of flight bookings, holiday packages, and travel services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
