Overview: Kinetics Group is hiring a Sales Admin (Remote) with 2–3 years of experience to support daily administrative, coordination, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, calculations, reports, and business correspondences
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely execution of tasks
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and digital documentation
- Assist in quotations, material submittals, and pre-qualification documents
- Monitor emails, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely responses
- Support daily administrative and sales coordination activities
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
- Clear communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with quotations, documentation, and PDF/online tools is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required
- Ability to work in UAE working hours
