Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before release. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about software quality and eager to build a career in software testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand project requirements and software specifications.
- Execute manual test cases for web, desktop, mobile, or game applications.
- Identify, reproduce, and report software bugs accurately.
- Verify bug fixes provided by the development team.
- Perform Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Maintain proper documentation of test cases and test results.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sprint activities.
- Work closely with developers to resolve software defects.
- Ensure software meets business and user requirements.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
- Learn QA processes, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with software testing certifications or internship experience will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Understanding of Manual Testing principles.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Good logical and analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Interest in Automation Testing (Selenium is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
