Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, and ATV.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Ensure smooth store operations, cash management, and compliance with company policies.
Train and develop staff to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements
Graduate with 3–7 years of retail experience.
Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
Experience in apparel/fashion retail preferred.
Reporting To: Area Manager / Cluster Manager.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- SAP BW 4HANA: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Telugu & english (Preferred)
