We are hiring a Sales Operations Team Leader and Four Team Members for our Honda Two-Wheeler operations. This unique role focuses entirely on marketing events, brand visibility, and customer engagement. There are no direct sales targets.
Role 1: Team Leader – Sales Operations & Events
Job OverviewYou will lead a 4-member team to plan and execute ground-level events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities to build brand awareness for Honda Two-Wheelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Team: Manage, motivate, and guide a 4-member field operations team.
- Event Planning: Plan, setup, and execute local events, canopy activities, and roadshows.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with walk-in customers and event visitors to explain vehicle features.
- Data Management: Collect customer feedback, inquiries, and contact details during events.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity and engagement reports to the branch manager.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, event management, or field marketing.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Strong leadership, public speaking, and local language fluency.
Role 2: Team Members (4 Positions)
Job OverviewYou will work on the ground to execute Honda promotional events, interact with the public, and drive customer engagement under the guidance of the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Assist in setting up canopies, banners, and stall displays.
- Crowd Engagement: Distribute brochures, conduct fun games, and invite people to the display setup.
- Lead Collection: Note down names and phone numbers of interested customers.
Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are highly welcome.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Skills: High energy, polite behavior, and willingness to work outdoors.
- Vehicle: Two-wheeler ownership is preferred but not mandatory. [1]
