We are hiring Site Engineers to join our team and manage site activities for waterproofing and repair projects. The ideal candidate should have good coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements
- Supervise project execution and site activities
- Coordinate manpower and daily work schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress
- Ensure project quality and timely completion
- Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively
- Maintain reports and site updates
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple site responsibilities
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, or repair projects is an advantage
