We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process.
Role Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide support
Ensure excellent customer service experience
Eligibility:
HSC pass / Graduates / Freshers can apply
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable with rotational NIGHT shifts
SHIFT : US (5;30PM TO 7AM ) ANY 9HRS
5 WORKING DAYS / 2 ROTATIONAL WEEK OFFS
