Position Summary / Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR department in Chennai. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent, ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process and contributing significantly to our talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining follow-up.
- Conduct technical screening to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various IT roles.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Negotiate salaries and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate information accurately within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships for recruitment services as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, demonstrating effective team handling capabilities.
- Ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and manage multiple requisitions effectively through strong time management.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Education / Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
