- Drive end-to-end sales of equipment rental solutions – boom lifts, scissor lifts, hydra cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, and truck-mounted cranes – across construction, infrastructure, industrial, warehousing, and EPC customer segments.
- Own and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and fleet utilisation goals as set by the COO / management.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with metro rail contractors, EPC companies, real estate developers, industrial plants, warehousing/logistics parks, and fire & HVAC installation contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, site engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial quotations, rental agreements, and contract terms in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and fleet team to ensure equipment availability, timely deployment, and high fleet utilisation across projects.
- Monitor competitor activity, market rates, and industry trends to inform pricing strategy and identify new growth segments.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using the company's CRM / MIS systems, and share regular sales reports and market intelligence with the COO.
- Ensure timely follow-up on collections and support the collections team in resolving overdue payments with key clients.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the regional sales team members to drive collective target achievement.
- Represent Leopard Equipment’s at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
