Job Title : Pharma Sales

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive B2B pharma sales across hospitals, healthcare institutes, and distributor networks.
- Manage dealer/distributor onboarding, development, and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, institutions, doctors, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Promote products across key therapy segments such as Oncology, Gynecology, IVF, Critical Care, Nephrology, and Vaccines.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and market development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination for order management, collections, and customer support.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and business performance tracking.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Strong experience in pharma B2B sales and distributor/dealer management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience handling hospitals, healthcare institutes, and institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of pharma distribution networks and channel development.
- Exposure to Oncology, Gynecology, IVF, Critical Care, Nephrology, or Vaccines preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling territory sales independently.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, business planning, and market analysis.
