Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and statutory requirements.
- Oversee disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labour welfare initiatives.
- Handle HR operations, including ER, IR, and labour relations.
- Ensure timely wage negotiations and settlements for employees.
- Maintain knowledge of various labour laws such as Contract Labour Management, Factory Act, Disciplinary Action, GRIEVANCE HANDLING & LABOUR RELATIONS.
- Handling of Certification Audits (SA8000, Sedex, ISO 9001), COC Audits, Environmental Audits, CTPAT/SCAN, Technical Audits, GOTS, GRS, OCS, Higg FEM, SLCP, FSLM Etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in Asst.Manager HR or Manager HR.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including Contract Labour Management, Factory Act etc.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
