Experience- 2 years to 4 years( Post Qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions for DRT and DRAT matters
- Conduct legal research on banking laws, recovery proceedings, and relevant case laws
- Attend court proceedings before DRT/DRAT and assist seniors in hearings
- Prepare case summaries, briefs, and maintain case files
- Liaise with clients, banks, and financial institutions for case-related documentation
- Support in filing and procedural compliance before tribunals
- Track case status and maintain internal records and updates
- Strong understanding of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act)
- Familiarity with the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and IBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code)
- Handling both lender-side (banks/NBFCs) and/or borrower-side cases
- DRT filing procedures (physical/e-filing)
- Clients (banks, ARCs, NBFCs),Advocates and clerks, Tracking deadlines, documentation, and recovery stages
