Job Summary
Skyseed Lighters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals to expand market presence and drive sales growth for its cigarette lighter product range across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and New Delhi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for distributor appointment and management, retailer development, market expansion, sales target achievement, and strengthening the company's distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Business Growth
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Generate new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.
· Conduct regular market visits to increase retailer coverage and order generation.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
· Execute sales promotion activities and market development programs.
· Expand market share and improve product visibility.
Distribution & Channel Management
· Ensure continuous product availability across assigned territories.
· Coordinate with distributors for stock management and timely order fulfillment.
· Monitor secondary sales and retail off-take.
· Implement effective route planning and beat management.
· Appoint and develop new distributors where required.
· Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, orders, and market feedback.
· Provide insights on customer requirements and emerging market opportunities.
· Analyze sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education
· Bachelor's Degree (Required)
· MBA / Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Preferred)
Experience
· 4–7 years of FMCG sales experience.
· Experience in Cigarette Lighters, Tobacco Products, Pan Masala, Confectionery, or Small Consumer Products preferred.
· Candidates from companies such as ITC, Godfrey Phillips, VST Industries, DS Group (Pan Bahar), Dharampal Satyapal Group, or similar FMCG organizations will be preferred.
· Strong experience in distributor handling and retail network management.
