About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Trainees to join our growing operations team in Bhubaneswar. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the BPO and customer service industry with structured training and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow call handling guidelines, scripts, and process SOPs.
- Maintain professional communication and call etiquette.
- Record customer interactions and relevant details accurately in the system.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow attendance, punctuality, and organizational guidelines.
- Actively participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Fluent Odia communication is mandatory.
- Basic Hindi/English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
