The candidate will be responsible for identifying, meeting, andconverting transport and logistics companies into business customers. The role requiresextensive field visits, relationship building, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit prospective customers daily across Hosur. Meet Transporters, Fleet Owners, Logistics Companies, and Supply Chain ServiceProviders. Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities. Present company products/services and explain their benefits to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with transport and logistics business owners. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales tracking records. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicedelivery. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Logistics Sales, TransportIndustry Sales, or related sectors. Graduate in any discipline preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Good knowledge of Chennai market and industrial areas. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle. Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools is an added advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum 6–8 customer visits per day. Weekly and monthly lead generation targets. New customer acquisition and business conversion. Customer retention and relationship management. Timely submission of daily activity reports.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
