Along with our consulting business, we are developing premium farm villa and farm plot projects in North Goa, strategically located near Mopa International Airport. We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our growing team and drive sales for our exclusive Goa developments.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end sales assistance.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the Goa real estate market and competitor offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Sales, Property Advisory, Hospitality Sales, or High-Value Sales in Goa.
- Experience in selling villas, plots, residential projects, or investment properties is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Goa or willing to relocate will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
