We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, office administration, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure seamless HR operations and smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and HR records.
Oversee office operations, vendors, travel, and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Support audits, documentation, and budget tracking.
Drive employer branding, engagement initiatives, and HR analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of HR & Admin experience (legal/professional services preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
High level of confidentiality and multitasking ability.
