Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to leads using pre-defined scripts and handle incoming inquiries regarding products, services, or pricing.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify customer needs, pitch features and benefits, and encourage purchases to meet daily or monthly sales targets.
- Data Management: Record conversation details, update contact information, and track call outcomes in the company's CRM system.
- Query Resolution: Listen to customer grievances or queries and provide professional, empathetic solutions.
- Follow-ups: Schedule and execute callbacks for prospects needing more time to decide or for existing clients requiring support.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
