Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Brand Strategy & Content Lead to drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with around 5 years of experience in content and brand marketing, who can independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate brand strategy into content calendars, campaign ideas, and execution plans
- Plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Events, and other platforms
- Execute event-based content strategies (pre, during, and post events)
Content Ideation & Creation
- Develop engaging content across formats: social posts, carousels, newsletters, videos, and more
- Collaborate with designers while also creating quick, on-the-go content when needed
- Identify and act on real-time content opportunities
Platform Management & Distribution
- Manage and publish content across all brand channels
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and communication
- Maintain a strong and engaging digital presence
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams
- Gather insights, updates, and stories to fuel content creation
- Drive regular marketing workflows and communication cycles
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Content, Branding, or Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and content strategies
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines independently
- Hands-on approach with both strategy and execution
- Experience with creating content for LinkedIn
Preferred Skills
- Creative thinking with strong execution ability
- Experience in campaign planning and content marketing
- Familiarity with tools for content creation and scheduling
