Job Summary
Trainova Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
