Event & Outreach Coordinator (NGO Division)

About the Role Kamala Group is looking for a dedicated and organized **Event & Outreach Coordinator** to support the planning and execution of charitable initiatives, CSR activities, and NGO events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with a passion for social impact and community service.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning & Coordination * Plan, organize, and execute NGO programs, CSR initiatives, donation drives, awareness campaigns, and community events.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, transportation, accommodation, catering, and event schedules.
Ensure smooth execution of all events from planning to completion. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with NGOs, hospitals, educational institutions, government authorities, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain professional communication through emails, letters, and official correspondence.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for Trust-related activities. Administrative Support :
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and event documentation. Maintain records of beneficiaries, vendors, donations, and project activities.
Assist with documentation, budgeting, and project coordination while maintaining confidentiality.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments and volunteers for successful event execution.
Monitor event timelines and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently. Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BMS, BBA, BA, or any relevant discipline. * MBA or Postgraduate qualification is preferred. * 10+ years of experience in event management, NGO operations, CSR, administration, executive coordination, or project management.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Professional email drafting and documentation skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate :
Experience in NGO, CSR, event management, or social sector organizations will be an added advantage. P

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
