French Language Interpreter
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home – India
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekly Off: 2 rotational days
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Job Summary
We are hiring French Language Interpreters to provide real-time interpretation services between French and English for international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and listening skills in both languages and be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between French and English over voice calls.
- Assist international customers by facilitating clear communication between the customer and service representative.
- Interpret conversations accurately while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and client information.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.
- Work effectively during rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills in French and English.
- Strong listening, interpretation, and communication skills.
- DELF, DALF, or equivalent French-language certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in interpretation, customer support, BPO, international voice process, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Must have a quiet and suitable work-from-home environment.
- Must be currently based in India.
