Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in selling IT solutions and services within the Banking or FinTech domain. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, business development experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Banking and FinTech sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and promote IT solutions, software products, and technology services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Technology Solutions Sales.
- Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, and account management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
Pay: ₹33,618.14 - ₹57,317.97 per month
