Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate MIS Coordinator to manage and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports across the organization. The role involves consolidating purchase, stores, inventory, and operational data into accurate reports and executive dashboards for senior management and Board presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from Purchase, Stores, Finance, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Develop executive dashboards, and analytical reports for senior management and Board meetings.
- Analyze purchase trends, inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Generate reports from systems and maintain MIS databases.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of accurate business data.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for Board reviews and management meetings.
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance, Operations, MIS, or Business Analytics) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Corporate MIS, Business Analytics, Purchase MIS, or Inventory MIS.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Charts).
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience preparing reports for senior leadership and Board of Directors.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and business reporting.
- Ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights and executive-level presentations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
