Job Purpose
The Field Officer will be responsible for regular site supervision, manpower monitoring, attendance, discipline, security standards, and client coordination. The Field Officer will act as the link between the company management, clients, Site Supervisors, and Security Guards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular scheduled and surprise visits to all assigned sites.
- Ensure proper deployment of Security Guards and Supervisors as per the approved manpower requirement.
- Check staff attendance, punctuality, uniform, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor absenteeism and coordinate for immediate replacement of absent staff.
- Meet clients and site representatives regularly to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely resolution of site-level issues.
- Ensure security personnel follow company SOPs, site instructions, post orders, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular briefing and on-site training for Security Guards and Supervisors.
- Monitor daily attendance and Ivisit punching/live-location reporting as per company requirements.
- Identify and report late reporting, unauthorized absence, negligence, misconduct, or any other violation.
- Check site registers, duty rosters, visitor registers, incident registers, and other required records.
- Monitor the condition and proper use of uniforms, ID cards, security equipment, and other company assets.
- Immediately report security incidents, accidents, emergencies, or serious operational issues to the Operations Manager/Operations Head.
- Prepare and submit daily site visit reports with observations and corrective actions.
- Follow up on pending site issues until they are properly resolved.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations regarding employee joining, replacement, documentation, transfers, and manpower requirements.
- Assist the Operations Manager in new site mobilization and manpower deployment.
- Conduct regular meetings with Site Supervisors and review their site performance.
- Ensure all assigned sites maintain required standards of security, discipline, cleanliness, grooming, and service quality.
- Support management in maintaining client satisfaction and preventing operational complaints.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations, facility management, or a similar field.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between assigned sites.
- Knowledge of security procedures, manpower deployment, and site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp, and mobile attendance/reporting applications.
- Must be able to read and write basic English for official communication and reporting.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, responsible, and proactive.
- Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
- Should be capable of working independently and taking timely decisions at the site level.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel: Regular site visits required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
