Job Position: SIte Engineer - Marine Operations
Job Location: Bihar, Assam, UP (Candidate must be from Kolkata/West Bengal)

Job Highlights:
This role offers an opportunity to lead and supervise marine site operations and execute on-site marine projects across India, especially Bihar, Assam & UP. The position involves hands-on responsibility for manpower management, payroll handling, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will work closely with clients, handling coordination and communication to ensure smooth project execution. It is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for West Bengal-based candidates with strong marine operations knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both technical and operational aspects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor marine site operations and maintenance activities.
- Oversee execution of marine projects and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate manpower deployment at project sites.
- Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking for project staff.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on project progress, workforce status, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marine site operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- ·Proven experience in marine operations supervision or marine project management would be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of payroll handling and workforce management.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work on-site across various locations in India, specially Bihar, Assam & UP.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proffered Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be based in Kolkata or West Bengal.
- Willingness to relocate outside West Bengal.
- Experience in handling multiple marine projects simultaneously is an advantage.
