Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing leads, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads effectively
- Communicate with clients professionally over phone and in person
- Guide potential customers by providing accurate information about services
- Coordinate with the fitness studio team for smooth daily operations
- Maintain and update client records (digital and physical)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Fresher or 1+ year of experience in customer service / front office / sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
- Good phone etiquette and professional attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in building a long-term career in the wellness industry
- Proficiency in using any CRM software, Google sheets,Word,Excel
- Willing to relocate to Kochi
