About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by resolving their queries through email, chat, and voice support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and voice calls.
- Respond to customer queries, support tickets, follow-ups, and service requests within defined timelines.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
- Follow company processes and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
- Continuously contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Good logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Aundh, Pune.
- 5-day work week with rotational weekly offs.
