Suman Hospital is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Management & Patient Outreach Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing hospital social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing online presence, and coordinating patient outreach activities to improve patient engagement and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts
- Respond to messages and patient inquiries professionally
- Coordinate patient outreach and follow-up activities
- Promote health awareness campaigns and hospital events
- Maintain positive online engagement and reputation
- Work with hospital staff for content and updates
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
- Creative mindset with basic graphic/video editing skills preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and visitors
- Experience in social media management is a plus
