Job Title : Executive – Video Monitoring (Blended Process)
Job Location : 1st Floor, Plot # 34, Udyog Vihar, Phase - 4, Gurugram.
Salary : Up to ₹45,000 in-hand + Provident Fund + Incentives + Night Allowance + Medical Insurance
Job Type : Full-Time | Rotational Shifts
Work Schedule :
* 5 days working with rotational week-offs
* Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
* 9-hour shift (8 hours working + 1-hour break)
Role & Responsibilities :
* Monitor live CCTV/video surveillance feeds
* Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls related to monitoring
* Maintain incident logs and prepare detailed reports
* Coordinate with internal teams and clients
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria :
* Minimum 6 months of experience in a *US Voice BPO* or similar role
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
