We are looking for a responsible and organized Despatch Supervisor to manage daily despatch operations and ensure timely order processing. The candidate will supervise despatch activities during the morning shift and take shop orders during the evening shift for the next day's dispatch.
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Taking shop orders for the next day's dispatch)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily despatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams.
- Monitor loading, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain dispatch records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Receive and record shop orders during the evening shift.
- Confirm order details and prepare order summaries for the morning dispatch team.
- Ensure smooth handover of all orders to the morning shift.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate.
- 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary & Benefits
- Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM): ₹8,000 per month.
- Evening Shift (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM): ₹200 per day for taking shop orders.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
