Job Summary
SIMCO Granite & Marbles, established in 1998, is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The position involves a combination of showroom sales and field marketing, with responsibility for generating new leads, handling customer enquiries, developing business relationships and converting opportunities into sales.
The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, be comfortable with field visits and have a strong interest in sales, marketing, construction materials and interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and showroom enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Granite, Marble, Quartz and other surface products.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market development.
- Visit and develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers and construction sites.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the local market.
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers and the internal team.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Stay updated about company products, pricing, applications and market trends.
- Represent SIMCO Granite & Marbles professionally while meeting customers and business associates.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales objectives.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with a Post-Graduate degree are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Granite, Marble, Tiles, Quartz, Building Materials, Construction, Interior Products, Sanitaryware or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in both showroom and field sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer and business visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Good command of Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent follow-ups and develop long-term customer relationships.
Salary & Incentives
Starting Salary: ₹20,000+ per month
In addition to the fixed salary:
Attractive Performance-Based Sales Incentives / Commission
Higher earning potential is available based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
