Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain course features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Handle student queries and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or education counseling is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: A-18, Sector 59, 2nd Floor, Noida
