Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide accurate product/service information to potential customers over calls
- Drive conversions through effective pitching, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Ensure consistent sales closure, including cross-selling and up-selling
- Support and coordinate with the lead generation team to improve pipeline quality
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion metrics
- Maintain optimal occupancy rates across properties
- Collaborate with operations and other teams for smooth customer onboarding
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proven ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
- Experience in team handling and performance management
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools preferred)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset
- Analytical and number-driven approach
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales team handling
- Experience in inside sales / real estate / rental / service industry is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
