Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to specialize in designing and delivering luxury villas for high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of innovative design expertise, technical precision, and a deep understanding of luxury residential architecture. This role involves creating bespoke, sustainable, and high-quality designs tailored to the preferences of discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Luxury Villas: Conceptualize and create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing villa designs that reflect modern luxury.
Collaborate with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle needs and preferences, translating them into tailored architectural solutions.
Oversee Projects: Manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Incorporate Trends: Stay updated on architectural trends, premium materials, and sustainable practices to create timeless and cutting-edge designs.
Work with Teams: Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in high-end residential architecture or luxury villa design.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or villa projects is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max).
Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and design principles.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver precise, high-quality designs.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
