About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Acquisition Executive to support our Staffing business by identifying and generating qualified client leads in the Domestic market.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B Client Acquisition for staffing/recruitment services, especially through LinkedIn and professional networking platforms. The role requires connecting with key decision-makers such as Talent Acquisition (TA) Teams, Vendor Management (VM) Teams, Procurement Teams, HR Heads, and Business Leaders to build a strong client pipeline for the Business Development team.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong market research capabilities and a proactive approach toward identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Prospecting
- Generate qualified client leads for the Staffing vertical through:
§ Primarily LinkedIn
§ Professional networking
§ Market research
§ Online databases and portals
§ Industry references
- Identify and connect with:
- Talent Acquisition (TA) Teams
- Vendor Management (VM) Teams
- Procurement Teams
- HR Heads
- Hiring Managers
- Decision Makers
Client Validation & Qualification
- Validate prospects before sharing them with the Business Development team.
- Understand client hiring potential, staffing requirements, and vendor engagement processes.
- Research company background, hiring trends, and recruitment activity.
- Ensure lead quality and relevance to staffing business objectives.
Business Development Support
- Coordinate closely with the Business Development team for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Support pipeline building for Domestic staffing business.
- Maintain updated lead status, communication history, and prospect databases.
- Contribute to client acquisition strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Track hiring trends and competitor activities in the staffing industry.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries and sectors.
- Maintain a database of active hiring companies and potential staffing clients.
Communication & Relationship Building
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients through networking and outreach.
- Draft professional outreach messages, emails, and introductory communication.
- Represent the company professionally during initial interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Acquisition / Business Development Support / Client Acquisition within Staffing industry
- Graduate/Postgraduate from reputed institutions preferred
- Strong academic background preferred
- Candidates with prior Domestic Staffing market exposure will be highly preferred
