Job Description – Insurance Claim Assistant Manager / Manager – BMW Motorrad Bike
Location: Kalina,Santacruz , Mumbai,
Industry: Automobile
Experience: 4–8 Years (Minimum 5 years preferred)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Diploma / BE (Automobile / Mechanical)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Notice Period: Up to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with motor insurance companies for processing motorcycle insurance claims.
- Handle claim documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely claim settlement.
- Attend to and resolve queries raised by insurance companies, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Verify claim-related documents and ensure compliance with insurance company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status, approvals, rejections, and settlements.
- Liaise with workshop and service teams for claim assessments and repair estimates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely claim resolution.
- Monitor pending claims and follow up with insurance companies for faster closure.
- Prepare periodic reports related to claim processing and settlement status.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claim handling at an authorized motorcycle dealership.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance claim procedures and documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Stable employment history with reputed automobile dealerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems preferred.
