Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 0-6 Months Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Salary: 7000 - 10000 p/m based on the interview + incentives.
Job Summary:
Cardyrix Diagnostics is looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection at the lab and home visits, ensuring patient comfort, sample accuracy, and proper handling as per diagnostic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients at the diagnostic center and during home visits.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of collected samples.
Maintain hygiene and safety protocols during sample collection.
Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a comfortable experience.
Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
Maintain accurate records of collections and patient details.
Eligibility Criteria:
DMLT/B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel for home sample collection.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sample handling and pathology procedures.
Professional and patient-friendly attitude.
Punctual and responsible.
Note: Travel allowance will be provided for home collection.
