Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain Office boys movement and manage inventory of supplies and Housekeeping management.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and serve as the primary liaison between Gov authorities and office.
- File paperwork, update digital and physical databases, and draft correspondence or reports from Licensing Authority.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and maintain records for internal and external audits.
- Handling petty cash, expense records, and assist the accounts team when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
