Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for battery products.
Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail counters.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective territory coverage.
Increase market penetration and expand distribution across Kanpur and nearby areas.
Build strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, garages, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotional schemes, and market trends.
Ensure product visibility and branding at dealer and retailer outlets.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on battery features and benefits.
Manage secondary sales, stock availability, and collections from channel partners.
Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
Execute promotional schemes and retailer engagement programs.
