About the Role
YESTE Migration & Education Consulting is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Australian migration pathways, particularly for healthcare professionals. This role is primarily client advisory and sales-focused, requiring candidates who can assess client eligibility, provide migration solutions, convert enquiries into clients, and build lasting relationships. Experience in AHPRA, ANMAC, Australian Skilled Migration, and visa pathways is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Sales
- Conduct professional migration assessments and recommend the most suitable Australian migration pathway.
- Advise clients on AHPRA registration, ANMAC Skills Assessment, skilled migration, employer-sponsored, family, and other Australian visa options.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.
- Build trust with prospective clients through expert consultation and professional guidance.
- Achieve monthly sales, consultation, and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and nurture leads until conversion.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the consultation journey.
Migration Expertise
- Provide accurate guidance on:
- AHPRA Registration
- ANMAC Skills Assessment
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
- State & Territory Nominations
- Australian Skilled Migration Programs
- Employer Sponsored Visas
- Visitor, Partner, Student and Family Visa pathways
- Stay updated with Australian immigration policies and migration changes.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through continuous engagement.
- Coordinate with the operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth case progression.
- Update CRM with client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Represent YESTE with professionalism and integrity during consultations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Australian Migration Consultancy, Overseas Education, or Australian Immigration Sales.
- Strong knowledge of:
- AHPRA Registration
- ANMAC Skills Assessment
- Australian Skilled Migration
- EOI & State Nominations
- Australian visa pathways
- Proven track record in client counselling and sales conversions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate migration solutions.
- Target-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset.
