Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, Generative AI & GEO)

Role Overview :
We are looking for a J*r Digital Marketing Executive who will own the digital marketing function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and team management. The role focuses on SEO, Generative AI–driven content, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)* to drive brand visibility and qualified leads in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the digital marketing team and oversee day-to-day execution
- Guide and review team output across SEO, content, and social media
- Drive SEO and GEO optimization for search engines and AI platforms
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with leadership on growth and branding initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with team handling exposure
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Generative AI tools, and GEO optimization
- Experience with international markets / KPO industry
- Excellent English communication and analytical skills
