Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Associate to work closely with the CEO’s office, managing litigation, real estate transactions, and compliance. This role involves end-to-end coordination with external counsel while ensuring strong documentation, tracking, and legal execution across all matters.
This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to business decision-making and complex real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities -Litigation & Case Management
- Track ongoing litigation, court dates, and filing deadlines
- Maintain a structured case tracker for all legal matters
- Prepare case briefs, summaries, and progress updates
- Coordinate with external lawyers and attend hearings/meetings when required
Real Estate Legal Work
- Conduct title due diligence and land record checks
- Draft and review agreements (Sale, Lease, Development, JV, etc.)
- Identify legal risks in property transactions
Compliance & Regulatory
Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Maha RERA)
- Track RERA filings, approvals, and statutory deadlines
- Liaise with consultants and authorities
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain organized physical and digital legal records
- Prepare notes and briefs for internal review
- Coordinate meetings with advocates and senior counsel
Requirements
- LL. B / LL.M
- 1–3 years' experience in litigation and/or real estate law
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Good understanding of real estate and property laws
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Skills
- MS Excel & document management systems
- Legal research tools (SCC Online / Manupatra preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
