Job Summary: M/s. Trafotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Executive to oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to power sector products, transformers, EHV equipment, substation products, utility equipment, and related electrical engineering domains. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Execute daily production plans in accordance with organizational targets and customer requirements.
- Monitor shop-floor activities to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes and adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments to eliminate production bottlenecks.
Process Monitoring & Control
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Track production output and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for production-related issues.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and testing activities.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and wastage through effective process control.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Material & Resource Management
- Coordinate with Stores and Procurement departments for material availability.
- Monitor material consumption and inventory utilization.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
Team Coordination
- Supervise production operators, technicians, and shop-floor personnel.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in training and development of production staff.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety audits and improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Contribute to operational excellence and efficiency improvement programs.
Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Production Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Systems will be an advantage.
