Position Overview
As our Corporate Receptionist, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You will manage our front desk, greet clients, partners, and employees with warmth, and ensure the smooth day-to-day flow of our reception area. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, sharp organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor; ensure they are properly checked in and directed.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information to callers.
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Manage outgoing shipments.
- Office Aesthetics & Comfort: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy reception and lobby area. Ensure meeting rooms are presentable.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments (HR, Marketing, Executive team) with light administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or preparing meeting refreshments.
- Security & Access: Follow company security protocols by issuing visitor badges and managing the guest logbook.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar corporate administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning front-desk management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an elegant and professional phone manner.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a strong eye for detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
