_ Production Supervisor_
Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA
Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience: 3–4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities as per planning and targets
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimize wastage
- Maintain quality standards and implement quality control processes
- Supervise and coordinate with production staff
- Maintain production records and prepare reports
- Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of machines
- Identify and resolve production-related issues
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
