We are looking for a smart, sharp, and goal-oriented Tender Executive with minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling Government and Private tenders across Indian and International platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete tendering process from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of GeM Portal, GeM registration process, E-Procurement portals, VIM’s portals, and SAP tendering process.
- Experience with other Indian and International tendering portals.
- Managing both Online and Offline Tendering.
- Preparing and submitting tender documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinating with departments for required documents and compliance.
- Follow-up with clients/companies regarding tender status, order execution, payment collection, retention amount, and EMD follow-up.
- Understanding tender terms, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Maintaining records of submitted tenders, orders, payments, and documentation.
- Ensuring timely submission of tenders and handling multiple tender deadlines efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in tender handling.
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations and registration process.
- Good understanding of complete tender documentation and procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Smart working attitude with strong follow-up skills and self-correspondence abilities.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle strong/high workload, back-to-back due dates, and ensure no tender is missed.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets/deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of government procurement systems.
- Experience in handling supply order processes and payment follow-ups.
- Familiarity with international tendering platforms will be an added advantage.
- Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
