Operations Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates looking to start their career in operations and workforce management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce records in Zoho Workerly, supporting daily operational activities, and ensuring data is updated promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update worker profiles and records in Zoho Workerly.
- Create, update, and manage worker assignments, schedules, and timesheets.
- Ensure all employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to update manpower deployment details.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and worker availability.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and data summaries.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, IT, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to learn new software systems and operational processes.
- Experience with Zoho applications is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
