- Play a key role by attracting, assessing, and hiring high‑quality talent to meet current and future workforce needs, taking responsibility for Talent Acquisition (TA) delivery in an allocated business area

As a Talent Acquisition Manager in Digital X and Private Banking & Wealth Management, you’ll build and maintain credibility at a senior level, effectively managing stakeholders across the allocated business areas, while delivering TA services across different grade levels, core and niche hiring requirements, informed by labour market insight, workforce demand, and business priorities.
You’ll ensure that attraction and hiring approaches are evidence‑based and future‑focused, aligning talent strategies with the broader needs of the business. You’ll also provide an exceptional colleague and candidate experience, ensuring individuals are fully supported throughout the recruitment process.
Through the course of your work, you’ll:
- Developing and managing strong, sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders through credibility and trust, ensuring deep business and market knowledge and a ‘Customer Back’ approach
- Establishing and continuously improving end‑to‑end attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection approaches, using innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, scarce, and critical skills
- Leading, developing, and managing directly or through a matrix, a professional, capable, and engaged team to meet the needs of the business and customers
- Using management information and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes and decision‑making
- Identifying business issues and trends that will impact TA
- Managing TA risks and issues for the relevant business area
- Sourcing and hiring new-to-bank as well as existing colleagues for roles across the bank, including managing senior hires where required
We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in TA within a large, multi-disciplined organisation, with exposure to regulated environments strongly preferred. You must bring demonstrated capability in stakeholder management at manager or senior level, along with a proven track record of leading or managing a high-performing TA team.
You’ll also need experience in translating TA strategies into workable and commercially focused delivery plans, as well as the ability to use data and insight to shape TA service delivery, improve outcomes, and influence stakeholders.
We’ll also look to you to bring:
- The ability to provide consultative TA expertise, support, and advice to business stakeholders
- Expertise across TA, with an understanding of evidence‑based attraction, sourcing, and assessment methodologies, as well as supplier models
- In-depth market knowledge and technical expertise, with a commercially focused mindset
- Experience of working in a TA market for a specified role type or business area
- A strong risk mindset
