Position Name: Apprenticeship / Business Development Manager (BDM)
1. Brief About the Position
The Apprenticeship / Business Development Manager (BDM) supports the senior sales team in acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on market research, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting apprenticeship placements while working in a target-driven business environment.
2. Job Description (JD)
- Lead generation and prospecting through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Identification of new business opportunities and potential clients
- Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering product and service presentations to clients
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and marketing materials
- Supporting coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Conducting market analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business segments
3. Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Candidates pursuing a relevant degree may also be considered (for apprenticeship roles)
4. Grade / Salary
- Apprenticeship / Executive / Manager level (as applicable)
- Salary Range: ₹4 Lacs – ₹6 Lacs per annum
5. Reporting & Team
- Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Head
- Works closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams

7. Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead-generation tools
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Candidates placed under the Apprenticeship Scheme (Target vs Achievement)
- Achievement of individual and team-based sales targets
- Lead conversion and client acquisition performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,209.62 per month
